My group and I completed most of our work for example shooting script, call sheet, release forms, cast and crew, equipment and props and risks assessments were done. However things were changed because the characters kept changing and so did the locations first of all we were suppose to film in a classroom but now it has been moved to the flexi in the open. Also the main character continued to change because they wasn't able to film on certain days but now we are all able to film and we have created a production schedule so now we are completely organised and are able to start filming as soon as possible. Also the tasks that we were given was much easier when everyone else pitched in and said that they would specific tasks.
Due to upcoming exams our actor is having problems being able to attend the tv advert filming days, which is completely understandable however it seems that we might have to use the boy that is in our group because he is the only other person available to do it however he doesn't seem to want to do it and finds any reason for him not to do it. This therefore means that we will have to find someone else to do our advert who is timely, organised and willing to do it. However we would also need this person to have had some experience in drama, or acting in general since we are trying to sell the product therefore the person needs to be convincing.
